Since graduating from Falmouth College of Arts in 2003, London-born painter Michael Sibley has been working from his Gloucestershire studio.

Reflecting on both his travels and the people and places around him, Michael has built up a large portfolio of portraits and landscapes.

Michael's paintings focus beyond the external to his emotional response to the place. Drawing from photographs, sketches and memories, he dissassembles the various aspects of his travels before weaving them back together into a cohesive whole.
